Town's Talent Revealed On New Poster

A billboard beat to boost awareness of the arts continues on Sunday bury the launch of a placard by laurels scheme Art at the Centre.

The Artistic Maidstone posters, at Market Buildings and at Maidstone East station, will quality portraits of 10 artistic nation to articulate Maidstone's cloaked aptitude.

They are melody cause Clive Austin, kmfm radio presenter Ant Payne, journalist Sarah Sturt, film-maker Cathy Rogers, textile artist Cas Holmes, photographer Manuel Palomeque, ceramicist Marie Prett, dancer Mandy Ellen, web designer Dan Mortimer and Hazlitt Youth theatre director Martin Cleverly.

The posters aim to whet the appetite of passers-by to find out more about each artist in a publication called Creative Maidstone, due out March 13.
