Those attempts were unsuccessful, and Crisman was again in search of a new owner. That came at a good time for the Naruzes.
Although the couple did see the property on eBay, Neat Stuff put them into contact with Crisman. The couple reached a deal with Crisman in January, and spent about seven months making repairs and re-sorting the inventory.
