Downtown Saginaw Farmers Market Holding Poster Contest

The Downtown Saginaw Farmers' Market, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary this year, is holding a poster contest.

The contest is open to K-5th grade students who live in Saginaw County.

Posters should be on plain 8.5 by 11 inch or 11 by 14 inch white paper. Posters must be original and created by the child, with adults giving only verbal assistance.

The words "Downtown Saginaw Farmer's Market: 100 Years and Still Growing," should be included on the poster. See the complete rules for the poster contest.

Entries are due no later than May 14. All movie posters should be mailed or dropped off at the Mid Michigan Children's Museum, 315 W. Genesee, or to the Downtown Saginaw Farmers' Market, P.O. Box 235, Hemlock, MI 48626, and have the students' name, grade, home phone number, and school on the back.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners and two prizes will be awarded in a drawing.
