Watton Youngsters Help Beat The Bullies
An award event connections the country on Monday celebrated annulling-bullying posters strained up by 78 offspring from schools across the area.
The placard competition to base state negative-bullying time interested the imagination of the youngsters, hide 15 posters by primary break in progeny picked out being the best kind of the bunch.
The winning artists had laurels and certificates presented to them by mayor of Watton Keith Gilbert.
Entries ranged from a facade split into a joyful and sad expression to show the effects of bullying to a poster emblazoned with "We are all the same" showing children of every size, shape and colour.
The event was organised by Paula Burton, Sue Lee and Emma Parkinson, who make up the parent support advisor team for the Wayland schools cluster.
Ms Parkinson, said: "There was such a fantastic turnout and the children and their families were so proud of what they achieved."
An exhibition of the posters finishes today at the Dragonfly Exhibition Centre at Wayland House in Watton and it is hoped to distribute winning entries throughout the community.
