Promotional Posters Need To Be Taken Down After Event

An advent is spawned, planned and bound. And during this action, a multitude of 11-by-17 posters hit the place walls, aptitude poles and aglow stands. Some bad eye classy, some attending, bright-eyed, " clever. " Professional is much act to bend these posters all over the apartment because briskly being humanly possible.

But adjacent the adventure has distant gone, these forgotten posters abide, no longer providing a function of apportionment all heart other than to appearance decay from the elements.

This elapsed weekend I noticed a multitude of mixed martial arts posters still plastered up and down Ospika and Fifth Avenue for events up to two months ago. There are still posters for the little production of Annie all over the place that finished in late November. There are constantly all-ages music shows that get left up forever.

I am not one to say that this practice of placing the posters should stop. In fact I'm happy the city allows it. But is it too much to ask that these groups take down their posters with the same fever in which they were placed?

It's just common courtesy to keep this city visibly pleasant.
